This is the most commonly taken route from Bangalore to Ooty. It uses the National Highways 275 and 766 covering an overall distance of 280 km. There are quite a few sights you can stop to look at on this route. we all fully enjoy and it is an excellent trip.

Bangalore to Ooty is a perfect getaway from bustling city life to the serene hills. The distance of around 270 kilometers can be covered by road or train. The road journey takes approximately 6-7 hours, passing through some of the most scenic views of the Nilgiri Hills. totally cool and mind blowing trip.

Great experience. Probably one of the best of my life. Very well organized especially by our tour guide and his whole crew. The planning done by them was very good. Great accommodations. Good bikes. Very helpful throughout the trip whenever required. Proper instructions were given throughout. all are well managed.😍😍

I would suggest everyone and anyone take up Banbanjara staff as their tour guide who was there to take care of anything and everything in everyday situations and who would also make things convenient as per our needs. they were truly the best guide. I have always been a solo rider. Traveling in a group was so much fun, having a backup vehicle made things even better. All the hotels and meals being booked made my life easier and of course - all the great friends I have made - were the cherry on the cake :) it's a nice time spending for me.
