Overall experience was good. The place is silent & well-maintained. Got to know some interesting things about winemaking, wine tasting, and the bottling process. Better to visit on weekdays than on weekends to avoid the crowd. The lunch was pretty decent & homely.
It was so awesome... the first time I got the chance to taste the wines...loved the experience completely.,..and the icing on the cake was the food...and the staff was so helping and caring...thanks a lot for such a nice experience.
I took this tour along with my girlfriend as a gift on her birthday. She was pleasantly surprised and happy about the whole thing. We really had fun learning about the art of wine making. But the best experience was having lunch with each other in the charming setting.
The place was so romantic. My and friend loved the wine-tasting session where we came to know about the how to smell and taste the fine. We tasted 4-5 varieties of wine and totally loved it.
Was looking for a short drive so picked this place. Overall experience was good --- it's a silent well-maintained place amidst fields. Got to know some interesting things about wine making, wine tasting, and food was also good. The only thing missing was grape plantations that we expected but got to know it's only in Feb and march.
Nice experience. It was a fun-filled trip to the place. My friends who came along enjoyed it including my Colleague. I would surely recommend to my friends to have this experience once. A few suggestions: Please include route details in the confirmation email. Food could be better. Virgin Mojito had a garlic smell.
I must return here to fully appreciate the views from this winery. The day we visited the weather was rainy and the surrounding was largely obscured by fog. That being said our sommelier, Eric, was outstanding and the wines are exceptional. A truly enjoyable experience.
Excellent wines. My wife and I have been here twice and have had very good experiences. We have recommended it to family and friends and will definitely be back.
We have been visiting the wineries in this area for years. Calcareous is fabulous. We had a delightful lunch with lovely wines. Shelby was our server and she was knowledgeable and attentive. The hosts were very gracious and accommodating. We felt welcome and taken care of every minute of our visit. I highly recommend this winery.
Bridget was our server. She was both personable and knowledgeable. We had lunch with our tasting and it was excellent. The wines are always incredible and the view is spectacular. We joined the wine club last July because we were so impressed.
