The Hampta Valley Trek lies at 4270m (14039 ft) on the Pir Panjal Range in the Himalayas. This beautiful trek connects the Lahaul Chandra and Kullu Valley of Himachal Pradesh. Known for its beauty, you will see here the landscapes of the Himalayas.
This adventure trek will take you to the valley of wildflowers, alpine Meadows of conifer forest, rock walls, amazing waterfalls, snow-white glaciers, and a lot more. The great adventure will give you goosebumps as you will experience the freezing winds & snow trails.
The temperature in Hampta Valley normally ranges between 12°C to 18°C during the day and at night it ranges between -10 to -15°C. There is a possibility to see snowfall in September - October. All seasons are best to visit. But as the rainy season starts in May and June there, so, a route to Chandratal lake & Rohtang Pass and other places might be closed due to heavy rains.
The trek will go on Manali to Prini village. Prini is a small village in Kullu, Himachal Pradesh. Prini is only 2 km away from Manali. It is all covered with snow, greenery, and breathtaking views.
Moving forward in this trek will take you to the next adventure from Prini to Sethan village, a place located in Hampta Valley known as a place for slow travellers. You will see the breathtaking views of the Dhauladhar range and river Beas. The locals are from the Tibetan community and represent Buddhist culture. Sethan lies at an altitude of 2700m above sea level. Winters are best to visit this place.
After experiencing the snow we will move towards Chika valley, where you will witness amazing waterfalls. Staying at the campsite at Chika is something that everyone desires.

By Air - There is no airport in Manali. The nearest airport is in Bhuntar, so you can take a flight to Bhuntar and then reach Manali through any taxi or public transport like a bus.
By Bus- There are no direct trains to Manali. There are so many direct buses available to Manali like from Delhi, Chandigarh and other states.
By Road- You can book a private taxi.
