Kasol is a quaint village perched at a height of about 1,580 m in the Himalayas. The town is located in the Parvati Valley, along the roaring Parvati River. Kheerganga, home to natural hot springs, is considered a haven for trekkers, who come to explore the apple orchards along the way while enjoying the scenic vistas. Tosh, an increasingly popular tourist spot, is located at an altitude of 2,400 m in the Parvati Valley along the Tosh River.
This trek takes you through the ultimate trilogy in the Himalayas, enabling you to explore the three picturesque towns at a comfortable pace. The adventure also takes you through the splendid valleys of the Parvati Valley, letting you experience the hot springs of Kheerganga, the famous Israeli cafes in Kasol, and camping in the beautiful mountains.
For the duration of the trek, you will experience camping - on a multiple-sharing basis - under the open skies in the three towns of Kasol, Kheerganga, and Tosh.
The trek starts at Kasol. You can reach Kasol by taking a train from Delhi to Bhuntar. From Bhuntar, you can either take a bus or hire a cab to Kasol. Alternatively, you can also fly to Dharamshala or Kullu, and from there you can simply take a bus to Kasol.

The summer months are generally considered the best to go for the trek. This is the time when the wildflowers grow out in full bloom and the slopes of the Parvati Valley are covered in lush greens. The trip can be a lot of fun around September as well. Generally, monsoon months should be avoided as the path becomes slippery and dangerous.
While trekking is a physical activity, this one is a relatively short trek, with little incline. A person of average fitness can complete this successfully without much difficulty. However, it is advisable to follow a minimal fitness regime for a week beforehand for the best experience of the adventure.
Yes, however, some parts of the trek are steep and can get dangerous, so please ensure their safety. If you bring your children, ensure to carry enough water and snacks with you at all times. Furthermore, children below the age of 16 must be accompanied by adult supervision.
