Kedarkantha trek has mythological importance and some believe that it is related to the ancient script of the Mahabharata. The word Kedarkantha is the combination of two words where “Kedar” is the alias name of Lord Shiva and “Kantha” means throat. There are various stories related to it. Some believe these stories and some do not but one thing is sure by going on this trek you will inner peace.
Trekking depends upon the season but there are few treks like the Kedarkantha trek which is an all-weather trek.
