Pin Valley is situated in the Lahul & Spiti district of H.P. It is one of the hidden gems of Spiti Valley. On day third i.e. 20th June 2018 early morning after having breakfast we traveled from Kaza to Pin Valley. Our cab driver Varinder Pal Singh took the road toward Dhankar.
It is a very peaceful place with not many vehicles and people on the road but animals can not be sighted at regular height. Nice trek.
I spent the entire day in pin valley and I was mesmerized by its view and the beauty of the mountain colors. mud village we visited which is the last village of the valley offers a variety of tea that must be tried. it's a cold dessert of Spiti valley which has snow leopards also.
We spent a few hours here in the Pin Valley National Park last year when we went to Lahaul Spiti on the way to Chitkul, the last village in Himachal Pradesh on the Indo-Tibetan border. A must-visit for nature lovers.
The glorious Pin Valley National Park is located in the cold desert area of Lahaul and Spiti and is home to more than 20 species of animals and birds, including the endangered Snow Leopard. We were lucky to see Bharal, Ibex, and another animal that we have not yet decoded.
There are two things you can’t do in Pin Valley. One is taking your eyes off of the scenic setting of the valley & second is to taking deep breaths and soaking every new beautiful landscape that changes after every curve or turn in the road. Go out there and experience yourself. As they say, ‘Adventure is out there’.
The Pin Valley National Park is an exclusive place for any adventurer or traveler. A two - three-day trek is an ideal way to explore the Pin Valley. It is the greenest part of Spiti Valley.
I drove into pin valley .. stayed at the village drank too much and got in 'touch'... anyways amazing place and very beautiful .. did trekking to Pin Parvati Pass and came back to the same place .. spent many days in the valley and saw many wild animals ...
If losing yourself to magnanimity is what brought you to Spiti, this is the place to be. Stay at Mud Village for a couple of days and trek around. You will not experience the beauty anywhere else!
Lush green mountains... And lit of different flowers...try to visit in the morning... Nice sun rays make the total valley awesome... Must-visit place.
