Bardia National Park is a protected forest area in Nepal that spans 969 kilometres. It was a part of British India from 1815 to 1860. A large portion of the Sal forest and whispering grasslands are protected by the untouched park. The whole environment conveys tranquillity and serenity. Since the park is not overrun with visitors, you can have the whole park to yourself to explore Nepal's Terai range's most significant tiger national park. It was renamed Royal Bardia National Park as part of the Tiger Protection Programme.
Many endangered species can be found in Bardia National Park. This park's king is the Bengal Tiger. The area is also home to one-horned rhinoceros and Asian elephants in the wild. A crocodile, four-horned antelope, striped hyena, leopard, swamp deer, rhesus macaques, civets, sloth bears, grey langur monkeys, and Gangetic Dolphin can all be seen during your journey.

The best time to visit Bardia is from September to December. You can also visit Bardia between the months of February and May. Daytime temperatures range from 25 to 37 degrees during these months.
