This structure is the center of the mixture of the popular Tibetan culture attached with Buddhist symbolism. The Boudhanath Stupa is one of the largest stupa in Asia and it is also one of the holiest Tibetan and Buddhist temple which is situated outside of the Tibetan territory. It is a major UNESCO World Heritage Site which is highly preserved and maintained by authorities.
It has a massive footfall of tourists and visitors where thousands of devotees come on a daily basis to perform their ritual practices along with circumnavigation of the dome here which is built beneath the observant and merciful eyes of the Lord Buddha whose statue is gilded here on the central most tower.
It is observed that this stupa was discovered around the time period between 590-604 CE by then Nepalese Licchavi king. Adding to this, the structure has some of most lavishing and amazing architectural structures which makes this unique and presentable in its own best way.
