 It's known that the high altitude of the demesne and the near extreme temperatures lead to sparsity of foliage and forms a natural niche for numerous risked creatures like the snow leopard and Siberian Fox. Along with an fantastic variety of foliage and fauna, one can also find colorful medicinal shops at the position, some of which have been declared endangered. Spread over an area of 675 square measures and resting at an altitude of 3300 – 6632 cadence, this place is a sight of sheer beauty.

Best time to visit Pin Valley National Park

Road or air travel is available to get from Chandigarh to Shimla and Kullu, a distance of 272 kilometres, during the summer months of July through October. You must take a bus through the Rohtang Pass and Kunzum Pass, which are separated by a further 260 kilometres, to get from Kullu to Kaza.

 

To go to Mikkim, which is 32 km away from Kaza, you will need to take a bus or jeep. You can go the remaining 10 kilometres on foot from Mikkim to the park by following a walking route.
