Ahobilam is a small village famous for its Lord Narasimha Swamy Temple. Lord Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy is honoured at the Ahobilam temple. The temple complex includes several temples dedicated to Adi Lakshmi Devi and Chenchu Lakshmi Devi. This sacred Ahobilam Temple was known to be built on Lord Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy's 5 foot 3 inch footprint. It is believed that a marriage ceremony held here will result in a happy and fulfilling marriage life. Lord Narasimha is Lord Vishnu's half-man, half-lion form, who came to Earth to save his devotee Prahlad from his own father.

The ISKCON Temple in Anantapur, like all other ISKCON Temples built around the world, is equally beautiful.
