I loved the homely feel of guesthouses and local stays — especially in Chitkul. Waking up to snow-tipped peaks, walking by the Baspa river, breathing fresh mountain air — peaceful and rejuvenating. A great escape from city chaos.

From Shimla’s hill-station comforts to Chitkul’s remote Himalayan wilderness via Kalpa valley — this tour covered it all. Well-planned itinerary, good transport, friendly local hosts, and incredible landscapes. Would definitely go again.

We rang in New Year at Gokarna and it was unforgettable — trekking through beaches, bonfire under the stars, DJ party on the sand and sky-lanterns at midnight. The trek covered all the beaches — Om, Half-Moon, Paradise, Kudle — and the vibe was just magical. Loved the mix of adventure and celebration.

This trip gave us the perfect break from city life: sunrise and sunsets on the coast, peaceful beach walks, followed by a fun New Year bash on the beach. Trekking the trail between beaches was refreshing, and the beach-side celebration added the fun. Absolutely worth it if you want a New Year with nature + party.

My friends and I booked the Gokarna New Year trek and we had a blast. The beach trekking was awesome — scenic cliffs, calm sea, golden sand — and the bonfire + dance at night was the perfect way to welcome the new year. Good logistic support by the group leaders, and we felt safe throughout.

The beaches of Gokarna are more beautiful than pictures — cliffs, clear water, sandy shores. Trekking from one beach to another was easy and breathtaking. And the New Year party with bonfire and beach-side music made it feel lively and special.

I travelled solo and joined this New Year beach trek — met a lot of fellow travellers, enjoyed the group vibes at the trek and the celebration. Walks on the beaches, waves, sunsets — I felt safe and included. A lovely mix of solitude and new friends.

For what we paid, this trip gave a lot — beach-camping, trek across multiple beaches, meals, stay, and a fun New Year bash. The schedule was well planned; we didn’t feel rushed. Completely worth it for anyone wanting budget-friendly yet memorable New Year.
