The Zero Point of the Pindari Glacier is located at an elevation of 12,370 feet, above sea level 5 kilometers beyond Phurkia.
This glacier, found in the Bageshwar district within the Kumaon Himalayas flows southward for a distance of 9 kilometers. It gives rise to the Pindari River, which eventually meets the Alakananda River at Karnaprayag in the Garhwal district.
One can witness views from the Dhakri Khal pass particularly capturing the snow capped peaks that form the boundary of the Nanda Devi Sanctuary. Along this trekking route you will encounter lakes with crystal waters, majestic snow covered mountain peaks and charming wooden bridges.

Day 2 - Loharkhet to Dhakuri

Day 3 - Dhakuri to Khati

Day 4 - Khati to Dwali

Highlights of the day; A trek covering a distance of 11 kilometers with waterfalls and log bridges along the way. The journey, from Khati, to Dwali is relatively straightforward. Throughout the trek you will be able to enjoy the soothing sound of the river cross log bridges and marvel at waterfalls.

Day 5 - Dwali to Phurkia

Day 6 - Phurkia – Pindari Glacier

Day 7 - Dwali to Dhakuri
