Auli Trek Overview

Auli, nestled in the Himalayan mountains of Uttarakhand, is a popular destination for tourists.

The Auli winter trek offers a memorable experience, with a scenic drive through Devprayag, a thrilling cable car ride, and the opportunity to explore the beautiful meadows of Gorson and Auli.

Itinerary For Auli Trek

Day 1 - Haridwar to Auli

Embark on a journey from Haridwar to Auli on the first day.
Enjoy the picturesque drive through the holy towns of Haridwar and Rishikesh, passing by the Panchprayags of Deoprayag, Rudraprayag, Karnprayag, and Nandprayag.
The route traces the scenic Ganges and Alaknanda rivers.
Arrive at the lodge by evening, check-in, and soak in the breathtaking views of the Alaknanda Valley and the snow-covered Himalayan peaks.
If time allows, explore apple orchards or relax at the lodge.

Day 2 - Auli to Parsari to Auli

Indulge in a delightful breakfast at the lodge, then embark on a trek to the picturesque Parsari Village and ITBP.
Continue your journey, arriving in Auli by the afternoon.
Along the way, be captivated by stunning views of the majestic Himalayan peaks, including Nanda Devi, India's second-highest peak, the Auli ski slopes, Joshimath town, and the scenic Alaknanda Valley with the enchanting Alaknanda River meandering through it.
In the evening, simply relax and unwind at the lodge.

Day 3 - Gurson meadows

Today, drive to Auli for a cable car adventure with stunning views.
From the highest point, embark on a trek to Gurson top, meandering through snow-covered meadows with the Himalayas as your backdrop.
At Gurson top, savor breathtaking vistas of Nanda Devi before returning to the lodge for relaxation and an overnight stay.

Day 4 - Dhak Village- Khulara- Dhak Village- Auli

After breakfast, drive to Dhak Village and commence a trek to Khulara.
The trail winds through charming Himalayan settlements, passing Karchi village and ascending to meadows above.
In the afternoon, return to Dhak Village, hop on your vehicle, and discover the hot springs at Tapovan.
Finally, drive back to the lodge for an overnight stay.

Day 5 - Departure Day

Following breakfast, drive back to Haridwar, marking the conclusion of your Gurson and Auli Trekking Expedition.

How cold does it really get there?

During your trek in Auli, be prepared for bone-chilling temperatures ranging from a maximum of 10 degrees Celsius to a minimum of -10 degrees Celsius. With snowfall and wind-chill, it can get quite cold and windy.

Confirmation Policy

Upon booking, the traveller will receive a confirmation voucher via email, within 24 hours.
In the special cases of slots not being available, feasible alternatives will be provided to the customer, in regards to the customer’s preference. In such cases, a new voucher would be sent via email, consisting of the new travel details.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation made 20 days prior to the date of departure, would levy a 30% of total tour cost as cancellation charges.
Any cancellation made within 7-20 days prior to the date of departure, would levy a 60% of total tour cost as cancellation charges.
Any cancellation made within 0-7 days prior to the date of departure, would levy a 100% of total tour cost as cancellation charges.
Due to any restrictions such as sudden government policies or regulations, health hazards, medical emergencies, or unprecedented weather conditions, activities and tours may be nonoperational and be cancelled. In cases such as these, operators will attempt to cater to the traveller an alternate, which is feasible in nature. However, any refund would not be catered.
