Day 1 - Welcome to Manali

Day 2 - Solang Valley to Jaralu Thach via Dhundi

  • Wake up early in the morning and enjoy a fulfilling breakfast before checking out of the hotel.
  • We will reach a designated spot in Solang Valley, where the trek leader will provide a brief introduction to the trek.
  • After breakfast, begin the trek towards Bakar/Jaralu Thach, situated at an altitude of 3149 m.
  • The trek covers a distance of approximately 8 km, with a gentle incline and a soft terrain passing through towering fir trees, dense oak forests, and walnut groves.
  • Immerse yourself in the serene atmosphere of the forest, enjoying the fresh fragrance and peacefulness interrupted only by the occasional bird chirping and the sound of your footsteps.
  • Marvel at the breathtaking views of the Himalayas, particularly the captivating sight of Hanuman Tibba in the distance.
  • Upon reaching the destination, set up the campsite and take some time to relax and unwind.

Day 3 - Dhundi-Beas Kund-Dhundi

  • Wake up to a beautiful morning in the Himalayas and enjoy a delicious breakfast to energize yourself for the trek.
  • Begin the trek towards Beas Kund, which can be a bit challenging but rewarding.
  • As you hike, marvel at the breathtaking views of snow-capped Himalayan peaks like Deo Tibba and Indrasen.
  • Notice the changing scenery as the vegetation becomes sparse and catch glimpses of the distant glacier.
  • After trekking for about 4-5 hours, reach the enchanting Beas Kund. It is a lake with stunning blue waters surrounded by towering mountains and occasionally adorned with purple wildflowers.
  • The lake is the origin of the Beas River and is surrounded by vast grasslands.
  • Observe the flow of water as multiple streams merge and join the main river.

Day 4 - Dhundi to Solang Valley

  • Enjoy a delightful breakfast before starting the descent back to Solang Valley. The descent will take approximately 4 hours at a comfortable pace.
  • Once you reach Solang Valley, you have the option to take a bus or a shared taxi back to Manali. Alternatively, you can also explore the various activities available in Solang Valley at your own leisure.
