Itinerary For 2 Dham (Gangotri Yumunotri) Group Tour from Haridwar

Day 1 - Haridwar to Barkot

Your tour begins with a drive from Haridwar to Barkot. The route will take you through scenic views of hills, rivers and valley landscapes. You will reach the base of Yamunotri in Barkot and rest for the night.

Day 2 - Barkot to Yamunotri and Back

The next day, you will drive to Janki Chatti for a 6 km trek towards the Yamunotri Temple. Options like pony and palki are also available on the site. Do darshan at Divya Shila and Visit Surya Kund. Return to Yamunotri after darshan and return to Barkot for an overnight stay.

Day 3 - Barkot to Uttarkashi

Drive to Uttarkashi the next day after breakfast. Enjoy the picturesque views on the journey towards this holy town on the banks of the Bhagirathi River. Visit the Kashi Vishwanath Temple on arrival, or you can explore the local market.

Day 4 - Uttarkashi to Gangotri and Back

Travel to Gangotri early morning via the Harsil Valley. On arrival, take a holy dip in the Bhagirathi River and spend a peaceful time at Gangotri Temple. After this, return to Uttarkashi for the stay.

Day 5 - Uttarkashi to Rishikesh

The next day, drive to the Yoga capital of the world. Enjoy the river views of the Ganga along the way. You can see places like Ram Jhula, Laxman Jhula and explore the market in the daytime. Attend Ganga Aarti at Triveni Ghat in the evening. Stay in Rishikesh for the night.

Day 6 - From Rishikesh to Haridwar

After breakfast, depart from Rishikesh to reach Haridwar. Your Gangotri Yamunotri yatra ends here with the memories and blessings of Maa Yamuna and Ganga.
