Itinerary For Namik Glacier Trek

Day 1 - Chaukori

Arrive at Kathgodam Railway Station, where a vehicle will transport you to Chaukori. Enjoy a scenic drive through Kumaon, including Almora. Have breakfast en route. Explore Chaukori, known for its tea gardens, and stay in a hotel for the day.

Day 2 - Trek to Senar Gad

After breakfast, head to Munsyari, the starting point of the Namik Glacier trek and one of Kumaon's finest hill stations. Trek from Munsyari to Senar Gad meadow, pause for lunch, and continue trekking. Reach the campsite, enjoy delicious food, and retire for the night.

Day 3 - Dhaldauk

Start your day with breakfast, trek to Dhaldauk with a packed lunch. The isolated shepherd's trail offers a mesmerizing view of Panchachuli hills. Reach the campsite, enjoy tasty food, and rest for the night.

Day 4 - Sudamkhan

After breakfast, trek to Sudamkhan with packed lunch. Climb steadily, enjoy the spectacular views, pitch tents, have dinner, and retire for the night

Day 5 - Hirmani Glacier

Post breakfast, trek to Hirmani Glacier with packed lunch. The steep ascent provides phenomenal surroundings. Stay on the glacier's margin, pitch tents, have dinner, and rest for the night.

Day 6 - Namik Glacier

Today, trek to Namik Glacier, starting early for the challenging hike. Enjoy close views of Nanda Kot. Descend to Sudamkhan afterward, relax, and retire for the night

Day 7 - Namik Village

Leave Sudamkhan for Namik village, an easy descent to the "Bhotia village." Witness traditional structures, enjoy local food, and retire for the night in a village house

Day 8 - Gogina

Post breakfast, trek to Gogina in the picturesque Rāmgangā valley at Nanda Kot's foot. Explore quaint houses, a hanging glacier, and meet shepherds in the wide meadows. Visit Kimu village, one of the finest Himalayan villages, and stay overnight in

Day 9 - Liti

After breakfast, trek from Gogina to Liti with packed lunch. The easy and picturesque descent through the Rāmgangā valley leads to Liti. Enjoy delicious food and overnight in tents.

Day 10 - Liti to Kathgodam

A vehicle will be arranged from Liti to Kathgodam via Bageshwar. Have an early breakfast, depart, and enjoy lunch en route
