Safari Location- Pench National Park
Pench National Park, located in the Madhya Pradesh districts of Seoni and Chhindwara, takes its name from the Pench River, which cuts a course through the forests. It is so wide that it spans both Madhya Pradesh and the neighboring state of Maharashtra. The uniqueness of Pench National Park is so exciting that it inspired one of Rudyard Kipling's greatest works, The Jungle Book.
With its rugged trails, wooded hills, glassy rivers, and gushing streams, the park attracts huge crowds every year and is a nature lover's dream! Pench Tiger Reserve, India's finest sanctuary, also protects the legendary Royal Bengal Tiger. It provides excellent opportunities for tiger sightings, especially during the summer.
04 WD Open Jeep safaris are the easiest way to see wildlife in Pench National Park's dense and lush green woodland. 04 X 04 open Jeeps for tourist groups and people led by an experienced naturalist.
Safari Gates and Areas- There are four separate zones throughout the Pench Turia Region, Karmajhiri Zone, Wolf Sanctuary, Rukhad Zone, and Jamtara Zone National Park for Jeep Safari trips. Every shift, only a limited number of Jeeps are allowed to access the National Park. This was done to prevent overcrowding within the national park. As a result, it is best to book safari rides ahead of time to avoid disappointment.
