Day 2 - Joshimath to jhamtoli via badrinath

The second day begins with a scenic drive to Badrinath, a prominent pilgrimage destination in Uttarakhand.
It is not only a spiritual refuge but also a gateway to our Satopanth path.
After paying obeisance at Badrinath Temple, we continued to Jamtoli, our first stop on this exciting journey.

Day 3 - Jamtoli to chakratirtha

The real hiking adventure begins when we leave Jamtoli and head towards Chakratirtha.
This leg of the journey takes us through beautiful grass and pristine forest, taking in the natural beauty that surrounds us.
Chakratirtha, our overnight camp, nestles amidst the breathtaking scenery of the Chaukhamba range.

Day 4 - Chakratirtha to Satopanth lake then back to chakratirtha.

With our spirits high and bags full of essentials, we started the arduous climb to the crown jewel of this journey – Satopanth Lake, a lake known for its icy, emerald, crystal clear cold water.
The trail is steep and rugged, requiring physical endurance and mental toughness. As we approached the lake, the tranquillity and beauty of the place was overwhelming.
Surrounded by the highest mountains and pristine glaciers, Satopanth Lake feels like a divine sanctuary.
Take some time to soak in the spirituality of this holy place before heading back to Chakratirtha.

Day 5 - Chakratirtha to Jhamtoli

With hearts and bags full of memories, we will take leave for Jhamtoli and started our return journey.

Day 6 - Jhamtoli to Badrinath then to joshimath.

After reaching Badrinath, visit Badrinath temple again or you can trek towards Mana Village to visit Ganesh and Vyas gufa. After that proceed to Joshimath where peace and relaxation await.
