During the Bagini Glacier Trek, you'll reach a maximum altitude of 14,816 feet above sea level. However, you'll actually reach a height of 14,814 feet above sea level before trekking back to the base camp.
Bagini Glacier is in Uttarakhand's Chamoli district, nestled in the Garhwal Himalayas. It begins near the base of Changabang and Trishul peaks, extending northward. This glacier is also within the Nanda Devi National Park, surrounding the majestic Nanda Devi peak.
If you go from April to June, you'll have daytime temperatures of 15-20 degrees and nighttime temperatures of 7 to -2 degrees. In September and October, it gets even colder with daytime temperatures of 10-15 degrees and nighttime temperatures of 5 to -5 degrees.
