  • Prior to embarking on the trek through the 'Valley of the Goddess,' we'll have ample opportunity to immerse ourselves in the Tibetan community's ambiance in McLeod Ganj and Dharamshala. From Dharamshala, we'll journey to the Chamba valley, traversing the challenging Indrahar Pass along the way.

Itinerary For Dharamshala to Chamba Trek

Day 1 - Arrive Mcleod Ganj

  • Today, we'll visit His Holiness Monastery, St. John’s Church, Naddi Talnoo, Dal Lake, Bhagsu Shiva Temple, and the Waterfall, with an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3 - Mcleod Ganj Guna Devi

  • Our trek begins with a journey through forests, fields, and villages. We camp near a historic Forest Rest House, explore Galu, and trek to Gunna Devi and the Kali temple, where we overnight at the camp.

Day 4 - Jari Gote

  • We enjoy a classic walk through rhododendron-adorned meadows, with the stunning backdrop. We camp by a river near Jari Gote village at the base of Bhimaghasutri Pass for the night.

Day 5 - Illaqa gote

Illaqa gote

  • Begin your trek early in the morning, covering a distance of 7 kilometers to reach Illaqa Gote, where you'll be treated to views of Mun Peak and other snow-capped summits.

Day 6 - Triund

Triund

  • Begin the morning trek to Triund, a base for Chamba and Bharmour treks, offering stunning views. Spend the night at the camp.

Day 7 - Mcleod Ganj

Mcleod Ganj

  • The Valley of Flowers is brimming with exotic flowers and flora. The trek descends to McLeod Ganj, Bhagsu, and Dharamshala.
