Itinerary For Leh to Srinagar Sightseeing Tour via Manali 2024 (9N/10D)

Day 1 - Arrive in Manali

Day 2 - Manali to Jipsa/Sarchu via Atal Tunnel | 8 hours

Enjoy The Scenic Beauty Of The Valleys

After Breakfast we will start our trip towards Jispa/Sarchu via Atal Tunnel.
Also, you will be passing by Suraj Taal and Deepak Taal, two sparkling lakes.
On the way, You will enjoy the scenic beauty of the Valleys of the Chandra & Bhaga Rivers.
Once you have reached you will be staying overnight in camps, followed by dinner.

Day 3 - Sarchu/Jispa to Leh | 9 hours

Day 4 - Leh to Nubra Valley | 155 KMS | 4-5 hours

Day 6 - Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake | 250 KMS | 7 hours

Wake up and enjoy a delicious breakfast.
Prepare yourself to ride for the beautiful Pangong Tso (lake) via Shyok Village.
We will come across places like - Agham - Halt. A tiny village where the road cuts for Wari La (en route Leh).
Head towards Campsite for an overnight stay and have dinner.
Retire at camps in Pangong Tso for the night.

Day 7 - Pangong Tso to Leh | 160 KMS | 4-5 hours

Drive Through Chang La pass

After breakfast, head back to Leh, via Cross the Chang La pass (17,590 ft).
Before climbing The Mighty Pass We will see a small lake, known as Tsoltak.
After crossing The Pass We will descend down to Shakti and will continue the remaining journey to Leh.
Reach the hotel in Leh, have your dinner and retire for the day.

Day 8 - Leh to Kargil | 220 KMS | 7 hours

As the morning unfolds, enjoy breakfast.
We will depart for Kargil, the place where the Kargil War 1999 was fought between India and Pakistan.
Some of the places that we will see en-route will be Sangam - The confluence of Zanskar and Indus Rivers.
Fotu La - 13,478 ft. Highest pass on the Leh - Srinagar Highway.
Hambuting La - 13,203. Highest pass in the Batalik region.
Reach Kargil, have your dinner and retire for the Day.

Day 9 - Kargil to Srinagar

Exploring the Lamayuru Village

Wake up and have breakfast and leave Srinagar.
You have stated to enter the tree line region.
On the way explore the Lamayuru village and the monastery.
Take a stop at the zero point just after the Zojila pass crossing.
Reach Srinagar, have your dinner and retire for the day in a houseboat.

Day 10 - Departure

Srinagar

Wake up to a fresh morning, have your breakfast, and checkout out the property.

Do not play loud music while trekking. Use your headphones instead. Many people go there to find peace, not to see your party-animal side.
The weather and temperature at high altitudes are incredibly different from that of the plains. Take an adequate amount of time to acclimatize yourself! And pack your clothes accordingly!
Get yourself checked by a physician before undertaking this tour!
Follow your trek leader’s instructions. Do not wander off on your own.
Do not harm animals and plants.
Do not throw your waste here and there. Keep the surroundings clean. Keep the trash in your bag and take it back with you.
