Nubra Valley Trek Overview

The Parang La trek takes you through an ancient trade route connecting the Indus and Nubra valleys, which was part of the Silk Road network.
It's one of the least explored areas in Ladakh, with untouched landscapes and breathtaking views.
The journey begins with a 2-day acclimatization trek from Zingchen to Stok, including a night in a charming homestay in Rumbak.
On the final day, we'll visit the main attractions of the Nubra valley before returning to Leh via the Khardung La pass, the highest motorable road in the world.

Itinerary For Nubra Valley Trek

Day 1 - Leh to Zingchen

Leh to Zingchen by car, visit Spituk Monastery.
Trek to Rumbak, stay in homestay, meals: Luch and Dinner

Day 2 - Rumbak to Stok La

Trek from Rumbak to Stok La and Stok.
It's a challenging 7-8 hour trek with beautiful camping in Murubok.
Enjoy meals throughout the day.

Day 3 - Phyang Phu

Trek from Murubok to Phyang Phu.
Moderate trek, 3-4 hrs, 5.3 km, +568m / -0m.
Camping, meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

Day 4 - South Base of Lasermo

On Day 4, we'll trek from Phyang Phu (4621m) to the South Base of Lasermo (4955m).
It's a short trek of 2-3 hours, covering a distance of 3.3km with an ascent of 334m and no descent.
We'll camp at the South Base of Lasermo and enjoy meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Day 5 - North base of Lasermo

Trek from South Base of Lasermo to Lasermo La and North Base of Lasermo.
Challenging 5-6 hrs, 10.4 km, +483m / -528m. Camping, meals: B, L, D.

Day 6 - Hunder Dok

Trek from North Base of Lasermo to Hunder Dok.
Moderate 4-5 hrs, 16.8 km, -849m. Camping, meals: B, L, D.

Day 7 - Hunder

we'll trek from Hunder Dok (4061m) to Hunder (3160m). It's a moderate trek of 4-5 hours, covering a distance of 15.4km with an ascent of 153m and a descent of 1054m.
We'll stay at a homestay in Hunder and enjoy meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Day 8 - Visit Nubra Valley and drive back to Leh

Let's go on a car trip to Nubra Valley! We'll see Hunder sand dunes, Diskit and Sumur monasteries, and drive back via Khardung La pass.

Any cancellation made 20 days prior to the date of departure, would levy a 30% of total tour cost as cancellation charges.
Any cancellation made within 7-20 days prior to the date of departure, would levy a 60% of total tour cost as cancellation charges.
Any cancellation made within 0-7 days prior to the date of departure, would levy a 100% of total tour cost as cancellation charges.
Due to any restrictions such as sudden government policies or regulations, health hazards, medical emergencies, or unprecedented weather conditions, activities and tours may be nonoperational and be cancelled. In cases such as these, operators will attempt to cater to the traveller an alternate, which is feasible in nature. However, any refund would not be catered.
