How to reach

By Air

➔If one plans to travel to UICE of Earth by air, the closest would probably be Chennai International Airport (MAA). Therefore take a tax from the airport or choose transport service as an option to arrive at UICE. It takes about 200 kilometers meaning it’s not far and direct route of flying to this destination.

By Road

➔From starting points all over India, it can be reached by following National Highway 48 (NH48) to Chennai. Major cities such as Bengaluru and Hyderabad have well-connected routes. Visitors can take in the scenery and sights along well-maintained highways while reaching their destination smoothly.

By Train

➔The closest big railway station that could help one get to UICE will be probably Chennai Central which is located in Tamil Nadu, India, and leads to Earth. Then, one can take local trains or hire taxis for simple transfers to UICE. It has good interconnectivity, making effective train transportation to this location possible.

Itinerary For Overnight Camping at Juice of Earth

Day 1 - Day 1

5-6 PM: Arrival at Farm
Make way to the scenic farm, preparing you for a perfect night.
6-6: 6 pm: Shower and camp briefing.
Head towards the shower room, refresh, and reunite quickly for an experience overview.
On Tuesday, from 3 pm. – 7 pm.:
Pitching tents & campsite preparation.
Go through a real experience of pitching your tents and setting the cozy campsite.
7-7:30 PM: Bonfire Prep
Go out in large groups to search for enough wood with which you can build a nice fireplace.
7:30-8:30 PM: Barbecue Grill
Savor the best delicacies as the steak is being grilled to perfection during a delightful outdoor event.
Open-Air Movie & Bonfire (30-10 PM).
Enjoy your own open-air cinema experience surrounded by a cozy fire.
Board and card games – After 3 PM.
Play a myriad of sports; building friendships and laughter.
10 PM: Dinner
Share a robust supper, gathering everyone around the fireplace.

Day 2 - Day 2

Can I bring my tent?

Absolutely! We offer tents but feel free to bring yours to give your camping experience a more personal touch. Kindly inform us beforehand so there’s a smooth flow of our activities.

Does a sleeping bag come with it or will I need mine?

For your comfort, we provide sleeping bags). However, you can also use your own if you prefer it.

What if I'm a vegetarian?

We've got you covered! We serve vegetarian meals at our barbecue so that everyone enjoys their food.

May I attend the camping trip by myself?

Of course! Solo adventurers, there is nowhere better than our camping trips. It is a wonderful chance to find others who think the same way as you do and establish new relationships.

Are all of us conversant about the indicated board/game card?

No worries! The instructors or camp leaders will gladly take you through the games even if you do not understand the rules initially.

Is there a bathroom on this site?

Yes, the restrooms are clean and accessible at our campground.

In emergency cases, what happens?

Our camp coordinators have undergone first-aid training. To ensure the safety of every participant we have emergency protocols.

Is there any mobile network covering the campsite?

Although mobile network coverage may be poor, it is a good chance to switch off and engage with your surroundings fully. There will be emergency communication options.

Confirmation Policy

Upon booking, the traveller will receive a confirmation voucher via email, within 24 hours.
In the special cases of slots not being available, feasible alternatives will be provided to the customer, in regards to the customer’s preference. In such cases, a new voucher would be sent via email, consisting of the new travel details.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation made 20 days prior to the date of departure, would levy a 30% of total tour cost as cancellation charges.
Any cancellation made within 7-20 days prior to the date of departure, would levy a 60% of total tour cost as cancellation charges.
Any cancellation made within 0-7 days prior to the date of departure, would levy a 100% of total tour cost as cancellation charges.
Due to any restrictions such as sudden government policies or regulations, health hazards, medical emergencies, or unprecedented weather conditions, activities and tours may be nonoperational and be cancelled. In cases such as these, operators will attempt to cater to the traveller an alternate, which is feasible in nature. However, any refund would not be catered.
