Itinerary For Royal Enfield Ladakh Bike Trip to Ladakh

Day 1 - Delhi to Manali by Volvo or Private Vehicle:

Delhi

Your Leh Ladakh bike journey commences as you travel from Delhi to Manali. Upon your arrival in Delhi, our team will guide you to the pickup location. Prepare for an overnight road trip covering a distance of 530 kilometers, lasting 13 to 15 hours.

Day 2 - Manali Rest Day:

Manali

Upon reaching Manali, our team will meet you at the bus stop and transfer you to your hotel. In the evening, you'll meet with our Ride Captain or Tour Leader for a tour briefing, motorcycle orientation, gear check, and safety guidelines. Rest and acclimatize, as Manali is situated at 2050 meters above sea level.

Day 3 - Manali to Sarchu (175 km):

Sarchu

After breakfast, embark on your first motorcycle ride as you begin the Leh Ladakh bike journey. You'll leave Manali, pass through the Atal Tunnel, and head to Sarchu, crossing the challenging Baralacha Pass at 4890 meters. Sarchu is perched at 14,000 feet, where oxygen levels vary from lower altitudes.

Day 4 - Sarchu to Leh (250 km):

Leh

Start your ride to Leh, the main destination of your Ladakh motorcycle trip. The route includes navigating the Gata Loops, Nakeela Pass, Lachungla Pass, Moore Plains, and Tanglanga La pass. The journey may take 8 to 10 hours, with an evening arrival in Leh, located at 3500 meters above sea level.

Day 5 - Leh Rest Day:

Leh

Rest in Leh to acclimatize to the high altitude after the two-day ride from Manali. Use this day to prepare the bikes for the upcoming adventure.

Day 6 - Leh to Pangong Tso Lake (160 km):

Pangong

After breakfast, head to Pangong Tso Lake, crossing Changla Pass, one of the world's highest motorable roads at 5360 meters. Arrive at Spangmik village by early evening, where you'll stay in tents by the lake.

Day 7 - Pangong Tso Lake to Nubra Valley (175 km):

Nubra valley

Ride to Nubra Valley after a night by Pangong Lake. Traverse the off-road sections in the Shyok Valley and reach Hunder in the evening, with an option to visit the Hunder Sand Dunes.

Day 8 - Nubra Valley to Leh (135 km):

Leh

Depart from Hunder to visit Diskit Monastery with a Maitreya Buddha statue. Climb to Khardungla Top, the world's highest motorable road at 18,380 feet, and descend to Leh, arriving by early evening.

Day 9 - Leh Local Sightseeing:

Leh

A leisurely day to explore local attractions like Magnetic Hill, Likir Gompa, Alchi Monastery, and Shanti Stupa.

Day 10 - Leh to Sarchu (240 km):

Sarchu

Begin your return journey, passing through the same route from Manali to Leh. Arrive in Sarchu by early evening.

Day 11 - Sarchu to Manali (225 km):

Manali

The final day of your journey as you ride towards Manali via the 3980-meter-high Rohtang Pass. Arrive in Manali by evening for a farewell dinner.

Day 12 - Departure from Manali:

After breakfast, check out and travel to the bus terminal, where a Volvo bus will transport you back to Delhi.
