By Air

➔To get there by air, fly to the nearest airport with good connections: Mangalore International Airport. Kapu is about a 2-hour drive from Mangalore. The convenient way to visit Kapu's coastal paradise is either by arranging for a taxi or taking public transportation.

By Road

➔Take well-connected highways to the coastal town and from there reach the Scuba Diving Course in Kapu by road. Itinerary For Scuba Diving In Udupi

Day 1 - Orientation

You will meet your scuba diving instructor on the first day.
You will get your complete course manuals and go through five exciting video chapters with complementary tests of knowledge.
Each section is an hour or so long and focuses on scuba diving's most important aspects.

Day 2 - Confined Water Dives

The second day involves practical training, usually in a pool environment. Starting from the basics, you will learn a range of fundamental underwater skills here.
This is an important session to ensure safety and build confidence while underwater.

Day 3 - Open Water Dives 1 & 2

For dives 1 and 2, under the close supervision of your instructor, you will progress to open water.
These dives provide a chance to put skills learned in the confined water into practice.
You will perform several skills that were practiced in the pool by your instructor and he/she will evaluate how comfortable you are doing them, whether they feel natural or forced.

Day 4 - Open Water Dives 3 & 4

Kapu

The fourth day comprises the remaining two open water dives, ending in a comprehensive examination.
You will be tested on your ability to perform various skills by your instructor.
Once these dives are successful and the final exam is passed, your Open Water certification process will begin.
The successful completion of your scuba diving course is commemorated on this certificate, which unlocks doors to new adventures under the waves.

Confirmation Policy

Upon booking, the traveller will receive a confirmation voucher via email, within 24 hours.
In the special cases of slots not being available, feasible alternatives will be provided to the customer, in regards to the customer’s preference. In such cases, a new voucher would be sent via email, consisting of the new travel details.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation made 20 days prior to the date of departure, would levy a 30% of total tour cost as cancellation charges.
Any cancellation made within 7-20 days prior to the date of departure, would levy a 60% of total tour cost as cancellation charges.
Any cancellation made within 0-7 days prior to the date of departure, would levy a 100% of total tour cost as cancellation charges.
Due to any restrictions such as sudden government policies or regulations, health hazards, medical emergencies, or unprecedented weather conditions, activities and tours may be nonoperational and be cancelled. In cases such as these, operators will attempt to cater to the traveller an alternate, which is feasible in nature. However, any refund would not be catered.
