Minkiani Pass Trek Overview

The Minkiani Pass Trek starts at 9:00 AM on day 1 and ends around 6:00 PM on day 4. The trek begins and ends at the Main Square in Mcleodganj.
It's a popular route for adventure seekers, offering stunning peaks, breathtaking landscapes, and a chance to immerse in the beauty of nature. During the trek, you'll come across numerous streams, lush greenery, dense forests, and diverse flora and fauna.
The package includes comfortable accommodation in tents on a double/triple sharing basis, along with sleeping bags and mats for a cozy stay. A cooperative cook and kitchen helper will ensure delicious vegetarian meals throughout the trek.

Itinerary For Minkiani Pass Trek

Day 1 - Arrival in McLeod Ganj

Arrive in McLeodganj, freshen up at the guest house. Start the Minkiani Pass Trek to Kareri village, passing through pine forests. Have lunch, learn about local life in small villages. Reach campsite, enjoy dinner, and overnight stay in Kareri Village camps.

Day 2 - Kareri Village to Kareri Lake

Day 4 - Kareri Lake- Kareri Village- McLeod Ganj

Embark from Kareri Lake, trek by the rushing river. Descend to see lush vegetation and tall deodar and pine trees. Reach Kareri village, then ride a Jeep to McLeodganj, where the trek ends.

In cases such as these, operators will attempt to cater to the traveller an alternate, which is feasible in nature. However, any refund would not be catered.
