  • As the trek progresses, the ascent becomes steeper after the initial 3-4 kilometers, maintaining its challenging gradient for the rest of the way. The trail primarily traverses vast grasslands with occasional dense forest patches.
  • Midday Exploration:
  • Take a well-deserved break and savor lunch amid breathtaking views of the lush green surroundings.
  • Summit (Late Afternoon):
  • Reach the summit in the late afternoon, where you'll be treated to panoramic vistas of Kudremukh Peak and its surroundings.
  • Descent (2:00 PM):
  • Start your descent from the peak around 2:00 PM, aiming to reach the base camp by 6:00 PM, marking the completion of the trek.

Day 3 - Explore Somawathi Falls, Belur Temple, and Return

  • Somawathi Falls: Following breakfast, head to Somawathi Falls, where you can refresh yourself with a dip in the crystal-clear waters.
