➔ Once in Panjim, the yacht boarding point is accessible by road. Taxis can be availed from any location in Goa to reach the jetty.

➔ The nearest railway stations are Madgaon and Thivim which are around 35 km from Panjim jetty. Taxis and buses easily connect the stations to the yacht boarding point.

There is no age limit or height restriction to enjoy the yacht ride. However, children below 3 years need to be accompanied by adults at all times for safety.

Can we get down from the yacht during anchorage?

No, passengers are not allowed to get down from the yacht at any point in time due to safety reasons. You can enjoy onboard activities during anchorage.

Is there a dress code to board the yacht?

There is no strict dress code but we suggest wearing comfortable clothes and shoes. Swimwear would be ideal if you plan to take a dip in the sea. Avoid sarees or loose dresses that may get tangled.

What amenities are available on board?

Our yacht is equipped with spacious decks, comfortable seats, clean restrooms, a music system, a bar counter, and a cozy indoor seating area with entertainment facilities.

Can we carry outside food?

Outside food and drinks are not allowed on board. We provide complimentary snacks and beverages. You can carry additional water if needed.

What if it rains or the weather is bad?

The ride will go on even in light showers. In case of heavy rainfall or storm, we may cancel or reschedule the ride. Your safety is important to us.

Confirmation Policy

Upon booking, the traveller will receive a confirmation voucher via email, within 24 hours.
In the special cases of slots not being available, feasible alternatives will be provided to the customer, in regards to the customer’s preference. In such cases, a new voucher would be sent via email, consisting of the new travel details.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation made 20 days prior to the date of departure, would levy a 30% of total tour cost as cancellation charges.
Any cancellation made within 7-20 days prior to the date of departure, would levy a 60% of total tour cost as cancellation charges.
Any cancellation made within 0-7 days prior to the date of departure, would levy a 100% of total tour cost as cancellation charges.
Due to any restrictions such as sudden government policies or regulations, health hazards, medical emergencies, or unprecedented weather conditions, activities and tours may be nonoperational and be cancelled. In cases such as these, operators will attempt to cater to the traveller an alternate, which is feasible in nature. However, any refund would not be catered.
