- The duration of the View at the Palm activity will be 30 minutes.
- The timings for the activity from Monday to Thursday are 9 AM in the morning to 10 PM in the night.
- From Friday to Sunday are 9 AM in the morning to noon. Also, the time slots are also divided into two different sectors.
- The Prime time slot and Non-Prime time slot which are 4 PM to 6:30 PM in the evening and 10 AM in the morning to 3:30 PM in the evening and re-open at the time 7 PM to 11 Pm in the evening, respectively.
- You can have a digital exciting experience, riding on the striking elevator.
- Get access to Level 52 which is the famous shopping complex, and also get exciting views and knowledge of the history of the place.
The view at the Palm: Things you Should keep in Mind
The authorities are not responsible for any loss or damage to your belongings.
- The outdoor terrace door will not be open, it depends on the weather conditions at that time.
- Photos, and videos could be taken only for personal use, not for any kind of commercial use. Also, the use of a camera could be done with the written permission of authorities.
- Your pets are not allowed at the place.
- Children will not be allowed without any adults with them. Entry is free for children of age 0 to 3 years. Children above the age of 12 years will be considered adults.

There are two possible ways to reach Palm by Monorail or by car or taxi.
By Monorail: Travel in Dubai Tram towards the Palm Jumeirah. Take the monorail at The Palm Jumeirah that will drop you off at the Atlantis at Palm Jumeirah.
By Taxi / Car: The Atlantis is a 25 mins driveway from the Bur Dubai/Deira that can be travelled through a personal vehicle or through a taxi.
