At 8:30 am we drive towards Chiang Mai in the Southwest. Then we go to the Mae Wang Valley to chill out along the Mae Wang River by the traditional bamboo rafting for a duration of 45 minutes.
We then continue our journey visiting a small village of the Karen Long Neck Hill Tribe village. Explore and learn about these colorful ethnic minorities. You can give some snacks to the kids and take photos with them. Then we enjoy the grandeur of the panoramic view of Wat Huay Tong, climbing uphill. You will also be enjoying the scenic views of rice paddy fields and also the hill tribe villages. In a really unique place, there is a cliff on which the Big Buddha statue sits on. Then, driving through the beautiful mountains we reach the hill tribe villages. There we visit a secluded treehouse with a good view located in the jungle hilltop. You can enjoy a romantic lunch at the Treetop Escape Restaurant. Here, you also get to admire the beauty of Doi Inthanon Mountain Summit. Also, you enjoy the Big Budhha on the cliff of Wat Huay Tong.
