Day 1 - Arrival (Fun Day)

First Day

  • 04:00 pm:- Reach the campsite
  • We welcome you to our Tent By The Bay - Revdanda Beach Campsite with a welcome drink . Freshen up and have some snacks with Refreshing Tea/Coffee.
  • 06:30 pm:- Enjoy a beautiful sunset view and relax. You will be provided will Cricket, Badminton, Chess, and Ludo. Capture all the mesmerizing moments with your photography skills
  • 08:00 pm:- Veg / Non-veg barbeque will be served (limited)
  • 10:00 pm:- Unlimited Delicious dinner (Veg/Non-Veg) will be served prepared on Chula by locals with traditional Indian cooking style.
  • 11:00 pm:- Here comes the sizzling bonfire with a Music session. This is your moment, enjoy every bit of it
  • 12:00 Am:- Settle down for the StarGazing & Movie Screening
  • End the day nearby a beach under the open sky & Enjoy sleeping in tents.

Day 2 - Checking out

Second Day

  • 07:00 am:- Wake up, and enjoy the early morning view. 
  • 08:00 am: A hot cup of tea and tummy full breakfast with the sight of alleviating beach is just the perfect weekend treat!!
  • 08:00 am - 09:00 am: Enjoy the pleasant morning along the beachside, play games, take a dip into the sea or one can go for water sports activities.

  • Upon booking, the traveller will receive a confirmation voucher via email, within 24 hours.
  • In the special cases of slots not being available, feasible alternatives will be provided to the customer, in regards to the customer’s preference. In such cases, a new voucher would be sent via email, consisting of the new travel details.

  • Any cancellation made 60 days prior to the date of departure, would levy 20% of the total tour cost as cancellation charges.
  • Any cancellation made 30 days prior to the date of departure, would levy 30% of the total tour cost as cancellation charges.
  • Any cancellation made 15-30 days prior to the date of departure, would levy 50% of the total tour cost as cancellation charges.
  • Any cancellation made 0-15 days prior to the date of departure, would levy 100% of the total tour cost as cancellation charges.
  • Due to any restrictions such as sudden government policies or regulations, or unprecedented weather conditions, activities and tours may be nonoperational and be canceled.
  • In cases such as these, operators will attempt to cater to the traveler with an alternative that is feasible in nature. However, any refund would not be catered to.

Advisory

  • The state government has published guidelines that must be followed. Distancing from others must be maintained. Hand sanitization is recommended on a regular basis, as is the wearing of a musk.
  • Children who are aged below five years can join without any cost.
  • Participants must avoid littering any places and there are dustbins located throughout the area to dispose of rubbish.
  • At the time of booking and upon arrival, each individual visitor must provide identification. PAN cards will not be considered legitimate address evidence.
  •  Prior to their stay, all foreign nationals must share their passport and visa information.
  • Any breakage or damage to the resort property will be invoiced at cost.
  • After booking, the location information on the Booking voucher may change. Guests are encouraged to contact the tour operator ahead of time to obtain the camp's exact location.
  • Tents will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Everyone has access to public restrooms.
