Anjarle beach Turtle Festival is organized through Sahyadri Nisarga Mitra along with Kasav Mitra Mandal. Olive Ridley Turtles eggs are protected and covered at nest sites after they're laid at the beach through Turtles. Protected eggs are later launched when they hatch into infant olive ridley turtles with the wish they may go back one day before again, just to put more eggs at the beach. Watching those infant turtles take their first steps as they locate their way in the direction of the sea is an unforgettable and lovely moment.
