About Visapur Trek From Hyderabad
The secret waterfall, or staircase waterfall, as it is popularly known, is situated at a height of 1000 meters at Visapur Fort. It is the highest fort in Maharashtra, and the Visapur trek route is the best way to reach the falls. The trek exposes you to a waterfall gushing down stone steps—a beautiful sight to behold. It is a great place for camping as well, and if you are a history buff, head to the Bhaja or Bhaje Caves, a consolidation of 22 massive rock cut formations near Lonavala.
