Vishramgad patta fort Overview

Vishramgad fort is known as Patta fort or Pattaya fort. The chatrapati shivaji maharaj renamed the fort into Vishramgad. Vishramgad is located along with Aundh, and Bitangad forts. This region is equipped with 30-35 houses in the base village wadi. Places like Ambarkhana, Darukhana which is famous for war equipment, and Tatbandi, Pattai Devi temple, and Trymbak Darwaja are attractions for tourists.

This trek is included in the easy level. This place also has a shrine of Laxmangiri Maharaj surrounded by caves. The forest department has made arrangements for paths and steps for tourists with the help of villagers.
