Note:
- Refunds will not be issued if passengers choose to cancel their booking. Refunds will only be granted in the event of trip cancellations initiated by our side.
- Online bookings for the following day will be available until 6:00 PM the previous date.
- On Saturdays, the 08:30 AM trip from Gateway of India will depart at 08:25 AM. We kindly request all passengers to board the boat no later than 08:20 AM.
- Pets are allowed on the Main Deck only if they are wearing a muzzle and leash. They are not permitted on the bus.
